People’s Utah Bancorp Announces Pricing of Its Initial Public Offering
June 10, 2015 7:44 PM EDTAMERICAN FORK, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Peoples Utah Bancorp (the "Company") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 2,500,000 common shares at a public offering price of $14.50 per share. The shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market and will trade under the ticker symbol "PUB" beginning on June 11, 2015. The Company is offering 2,282,000 common shares and certain shareholders are offering 218,000 common shares.
