EndoChoice Announces Pricing of Its Initial Public Offering
June 4, 2015 6:36 PM EDTATLANTA, June 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- EndoChoice today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,350,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share. The offering is scheduled to close on June 10, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. The underwriters for the offering will also have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 952,500 shares of EndoChoice common stock at the price to the public, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.Â
