QTS Realty Trust (QTS) Prices Larger 7M Common Offering at $37/Share
June 2, 2015 9:28 AM EDTQTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock by it and a selling stockholder at a public offering price of $37.00 per share. The Company is offering 5,750,000 shares, which was upsized from the previously announced 5,000,000 shares, and GA QTS Interholdco, LLC, the selling stockholder and an affiliate of General Atlantic LLC, is offering 1,250,000 shares, which was upsized from the previously announced 500,000 shares.
