Marathon Partners Sends Letter to Shutterfly (SFLY) Board; Comments on Recent Proxy Contest Settlement Talks

(Nasdaq: SFLY), announced that it has delivered a letter to Philip A. Marineau, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shutterfly (the "Board"), and the Board, to clarify Marathon Partners' position and set the record straight regarding the recent settlement discussions to resolve the proxy contest at the upcoming 2015 Annual Meeting.
