Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
May 21, 2015 7:18 AM EDTNEW YORK, May 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (the "Company") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $19.00 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase from the Company up to an additional 937,500 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price per share.
