Black Knight Financial Services, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
May 19, 2015 8:08 PM EDTJACKSONVILLE, Fla., May 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Black Knight Financial Services, Inc. (the "Company") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 18,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $24.50 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,700,000 additional shares at the initial public offering price less underwriting discount and commissions. The Company's Class A common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "BKFS" on May 20, 2015.
