Fenix Parts Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

(Nasdaq: FENX), a leading recycler and reseller of original equipment manufacturer ("OEM") automotive products, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $8.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Fenix Parts.
