May 12, 2015 1:18 PM UTCWaterstone Financial (NASDAQ: WSBF) announced that on May 12, 2015, its Board of Directors authorized a third stock repurchase program pursuant to which the Company intends to purchase up to 2,000,000 of its issued and outstanding shares, representing approximately 6.3% of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock.
