Bojangles', Inc. Prices Initial Public Offering of Common Stock
May 7, 2015 6:12 PM EDTCHARLOTTE, N.C., May 7, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bojangles', Inc. (Bojangles') today announced the pricing of its underwritten initial public offering of 7,750,000 shares of its common stock (the "Offering") at a price to the public of $19.00 per share. The public offering consists solely of common stock that is being offered by certain of Bojangles' stockholders. In connection with the Offering, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,162,500 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.
