Air Lease Corporation Announces First Quarter 2015 Results
May 7, 2015 4:03 PM EDTLOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Air Lease Corporation (ALC) (NYSE: AL) announced today financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2015. Items of note included:
Revenues increased 13% to $278 million for the three months ended March 31, 2015 as compared to $246 million for the three months ended March 31, 2014. On April 22, 2015, the Company settled the litigation with American International Group, Inc. and International Lease Finance Corporation resulting in a non-recurring settlement expense of $72 million before taxes. Our GAAP diluted EPS was negatively impacted by $0.42 per share as a result of the settlement.... More
