Outerwall Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

BELLEVUE, Wash., May 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Outerwall Inc. (Nasdaq: OUTR) today announced that on May 5, 2015, its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock. The dividend is expected to be paid on June 23, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 9, 2015. The declaration and payment of future dividends will be subject to the board's approval.
