Microchip Technology (MCHP) Declares $0.3575 Quarterly Dividend; 3% Yield
May 8, 2015 8:29 AM UTCMicrochip Technology (NASDAQ: MCHP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3575 per share, or $1.43 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 4, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 21, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 19, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.

Micrel shareholders may elect to receive the purchase price in either cash or shares of Microchip common stock.
