Global Power (GLPW) to Restate FY14, Q1 Results
May 6, 2015 5:19 PM EDTGlobal Power (NASDAQ: GLPW) announced that it will delay the filing of its Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2015 and restate its financial results for the annual period ended December 31, 2014. As a result, the Company is also withdrawing its previously issued earnings guidance for 2015 at this time.
