Douglas Emmett (DEI) Tops Q1 FFO by 1c, Offers FY Guidance
May 5, 2015 4:51 PM EDTDouglas Emmett (NYSE: DEI) reported Q1 FFO of $0.43, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $154.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $154.07 million.
Douglas Emmett sees FY2015 FFO of $1.59-$1.63, versus the consensus of $1.61.
