Blueprint Medicines Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
April 29, 2015 6:56 PM EDTCAMBRIDGE, Mass., April 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Blueprint Medicines today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,145,834 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $18.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. In addition, Blueprint Medicines granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,221,874 shares of its common stock at the same price. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market on April 30, 2015 under the ticker symbol "BPMC."
