OM Group Announces First Quarter 2015 Financial Results
April 30, 2015 7:00 AM EDTCLEVELAND, April 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- OM Group, Inc. (NYSE: OMG) today announced financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the Company reported adjusted EBITDA of $16 million, excluding the results of its divested Advanced Materials cobalt business and charges related to its enterprise initiatives, including previously-announced competitive repositioning and cost optimization actions.
