Quanta Services (PWR) Misses Q1 EPS by 10c; Issues Light Q2 EPS Outlook
April 30, 2015 6:13 AM EDTQuanta Services (NYSE: PWR) reported Q1 EPS of $0.31, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.86 billion.

Crown Castle (CCI) to Acquire Sunesys in $1B Deal (PWR)
April 30, 2015 6:08 AM EDTCrown Castle (NYSE: CCI) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Quanta Fiber Networks, Inc. ("Sunesys") for approximately $1.0 billion in cash (subject to certain limited adjustments). Sunesys, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR), is a fiber services provider that owns or has rights to nearly 10,000 miles of fiber in major metropolitan markets across the United States, including Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Chicago, Atlanta, Silicon Valley, and northern New Jersey, with approximately 60% of Sunesys' fiber miles located in the top 10 basic trading areas ("BTAs").
