Results for the Quarter
Funds from Operations ("FFO") was $830.7 million, or $2.28 per diluted share, as compared to $865.3 million, or $2.38 per diluted share, in the prior year period. Results for the three months ended March 31, 2014 included FFO per diluted share of $0.24 from the Washington Prime Group Inc.
