PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) today announced financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015.
First Quarter 2015 Financial Highlights:
Total revenue was $135.0 million, up 19.8 percent from $112.6 million for the first quarter of 2014. Organic growth was 19.2 percent. Recurring revenue from maintenance and subscriptions was $82.6 million, an increase of 16.8 percent compared to the first quarter of 2014, and comprised 61.2 percent of first quarter 2015 revenue.
