Echo Global Logistics (ECHO) Reports In-Line Q1 EPS
April 21, 2015 7:03 AM EDTEcho Global Logistics (NASDAQ: ECHO) reported Q1 EPS of $0.15, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $283 million versus the consensus estimate of $295.7 million.

April 21, 2015 7:02 AM EDTEcho Global Logistics (NASDAQ: ECHO) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Command Transportation, LLC ("Command"), one of the largest privately held truckload ("TL") brokers and non-asset based transportation providers in the United States. Echo will acquire all of the outstanding membership units of Command for approximately $420 million, subject to post-closing adjustments for working capital and cash. $25 million of the purchase price will be paid in the form of Echo common and restricted stock.
