NorthStar Asset Management Group Announces $400 Million Stock Repurchase Program
April 20, 2015 8:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, April 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- NorthStar Asset Management Group Inc. (NYSE: NSAM) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $400 million of its outstanding common stock.
The repurchases will occur from time to time in the open market and/or in privately negotiated transactions as market conditions permit.
