FedEx (FDX) TNT Deal Adds 10% Upside, Citi Says
April 7, 2015 10:57 AM EDTCiti analyst Christian Wetherbee weighed in on FedEx (NYSE: FDX) after the company reached a deal to acquire TNT for $4.8 billion, which was ~30% below the $6.9 billion offer UPS (NYSE: UPS) made in 2012.
