Axalta Coating Systems (AXTA) Commences 35M Secondary Offering
March 30, 2015 4:06 PM EDTAxalta Coating Systems Ltd. (NYSE: AXTA) has commenced a secondary offering of 35,000,000 common shares. The shares will be offered by certain affiliates of The Carlyle Group (the selling shareholders). The offering is being made pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
