Brown-Forman (BF-A) Increased Buyback Plan is Credit-Negative Event - Moody's
March 26, 2015 12:15 PM EDTMoody's Investors Service said today that Brown-Forman Corporation's announcement that it will increase its share repurchase authorization to allow an additional $1 billion in repurchases through March 24, 2016 is credit negative, but that the company's A1/ Prime-1 ratings and stable outlook will not be affected.
