Select Medical Holdings (SEM) Placed on Review for Downgrade by Moody's
March 24, 2015 12:27 PM EDTMoody's Investors Service placed the ratings of Select Medical Holdings Corporation and Select Medical Corporation (collectively Select)(NYSE: SEM) under review for downgrade, including the B1 Corporate Family Rating and B1-PD Probability of Default Rating. The review follows the announcement that Select will enter into a joint venture with Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe to acquire Concentra Inc. for $1.055 billion.
