General Electric (GE) Signs 2.68-GW Electricity Delivery Agreement with Egypt
March 13, 2015 6:40 AM EDTToday, at the Egypt Economic Development Conference, GE (NYSE: GE) announced signed major contracts with the government of Egypt to deliver 2.683 gigawatts (GW) of electricity, which is equivalent to the energy needed to power more than 2.5 million homes.
