RE/MAX Holdings Announces Dividend Actions
March 11, 2015 5:05 PM EDTDENVER, March 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. (the "Company" or "RE/MAX") (NYSE: RMAX), one of the world's leading franchisors of real estate brokerage services, announced today that its Board of Directors doubled the Company's quarterly dividend to $0.125 per share and approved a special cash dividend of $1.50 per share. The aggregate payment of the special cash dividend will be approximately $45 million and will be funded through existing cash.
