Draghi: QE Measures Will Bring Inflation Levels Back to Goal (FXE) (UUP)
March 11, 2015 7:45 AM EDTEuropean Central Bank president Mario Draghi gave the following speech at the ECB and its Watchers XVI Conference today. In part, Draghi sees QE measures restoring inflation to expected levels and the the initiative will eliminate second-round oil price risk.
