The ECB sees FY15 and FY16 GDP growth of 1.5 and 1.9 percent, versus prior expectations calling for growth of 1.0 and 1.5 percent, respectively. The ECB is also looking for FY17 GDP growth of 2.1 percent.
ECB president Mario Draghi sees average inflation of 1.8 percent in FY17.
