Gogo (GOGO) Prices Aggregate $340M Conv. Notes Offering
March 4, 2015 6:27 AM ESTGogo (NASDAQ: GOGO) announced the pricing of $340 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2020 (the "notes") in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The notes will bear interest at a rate of 3.75% per year, payable semiannually in arrears on March 1 and September 1 of each year, beginning September 1, 2015.
