February 23, 2015 6:16 AM ESTOn February 20, 2015, LinnCo, LLC (Nasdaq: LNCO) entered into an Equity Distribution Agreement (the Distribution Agreement) with Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and UBS Securities LLC (collectively, the Managers).
