February 13, 2015 12:15 PM ESTCombiMatrix (NASDAQ: CBMX) has entered into an agreement to issue securities in a registered direct offering to accredited institutional pre-existing investors that will result in gross proceeds to the Company totaling $4.9 million.
The Company entered into a definitive purchase agreement with such investors pursuant to which the Company has agreed to sell up to 1,542,000 shares of common stock at a negotiated price of $1.75 per share and up to 2,201.50 units consisting of Series E convertible preferred stock and warrants.
