January 28, 2015 4:05 PM ESTWARSAW, N.Y., Jan. 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Financial Institutions, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq: FISI), the parent company of Five Star Bank, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. The financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2014 include the contributions from the acquisition of Scott Danahy Naylon Co., Inc. ("SDN") insurance agency completed in August 2014. With the acquisition of SDN, the Company's offerings have expanded to include for the first time a broad range of insurance services to both personal and business clients.
