Home BancShares, Inc. Announces 70% Growth in Earnings for 2014 Plus Fourth Quarter Organic Loan Growth of $113.2 Million
January 15, 2015 9:15 AM ESTCONWAY, Ark., Jan. 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, today announced record net income for the year ended December 31, 2014 of $113.1 million compared to $66.5 million for the year ended 2013 for a 70.0% increase. Diluted earnings per share for the year ended 2014 was $1.70 per share compared to $1.14 per share for 2013. Excluding the $6.4 million of 2014 merger expenses associated with the acquisitions of Florida Traditions (Traditions) and Broward Financial Holdings, Inc.
