Landmark Infrastructure Partners (LMRK) Closes 2.65M Common IPO at $19/Unit

Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (Nasdaq: LMRK) announced the closing of its initial public offering of 2,650,000 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership at $19 per Common Unit.
