E*TRADE Financial (ETFC) DARTs Rose 10% in Oct.
November 14, 2014 8:06 AM ESTE*TRADE Financial (NASDAQ: ETFC) released its Monthly Activity Report for October 2014.
Daily Average Revenue Trades (DARTs) for October were 175,447, a nine percent increase from September and a 10 percent increase from the year-ago period. The Company added 26,919 gross new brokerage accounts in October, ending the month with approximately 3.1 million brokerage accounts an increase of 1,912 from September.
Net new brokerage assets were $0.8 billion in the month. During the month, customer security holdings increased by two percent, or $4.7 billion, and brokerage-related cash decreased by $0.4 billion to $40.0 billion. Bank-related cash and deposits decreased by... More
