Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ) reported Q3 EPS of $0.59, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $913.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.33 billion.

Total assets under management (AUM) at September 30, 2014, were $789.6 billion (June 30, 2014: $802.4 billion), a decrease of $12.8 billion during the third quarter
