Realty Income (O) Misses Q3 FFO by 1c, Updates Guidance

Realty Income (NYSE: O) reported Q3 FFO of $0.64, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $235.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $232.09 million.

Realty Income sees FY2014 FFO of $2.57-$2.60, versus prior guidance of $2.59-$2.62 and the consensus of $2.61.
