Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP) reported Q3 FFO of $1.46, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $1.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $618.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $584 million.

Boston Properties sees FY2014 FFO of $5.24-$5.26, versus the consensus of $5.25.

Boston Properties sees Q4 2014 FFO of $1.23-$1.25, versus the consensus of $1.34.

Boston Properties sees FY2015 FFO of $5.22-$5.42, versus the consensus of $5.47.
