Macys (NYSE: M) reported Q2 EPS of $0.67, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.12 billion.
On a same-store basis, Macy's, Inc.'s second quarter sales were up 3.0 percent in 2012 as compared to the second quarter of 2011.
Macys sees FY2012 EPS of $3.30-$3.35, versus prior guidance of $3.25-$3.30 and the consensus of $3.36.
