Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) reported Q3 EPS of $0.11, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $720.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $810.21 million.
Deliveries of 2,865 homes, down 3% from Q3 2010. New orders of 2,914 homes, up 11% from Q3 2010. Cancellation rate of 20 percent.
