Gray Media promotes Ronna Steber to chief revenue officer

Gray Media (NYSE: GTN) announced the promotion of Ronna Steber to Chief Revenue Officer, according to a company press release dated Sept. 15, 2026.

In her new role, Steber will oversee advertising sales strategies and best practices across Gray's portfolio of local television stations and digital assets. She will also lead new business development initiatives and sales training programs for local sales teams.

Steber previously served as Senior Operating Officer and Senior Managing Vice President at Gray. She will continue to oversee select television stations and digital properties in addition to her new responsibilities.

Sandy Breland, Gray's Chief Operating Officer, commented on the appointment: "Ronna has a proven record of success and a deep understanding of our local markets. Her strategic vision and strong leadership make her the perfect choice to guide our sales teams and turn our greatest opportunities into meaningful revenue growth."

Gray Media is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and owns local television stations and digital assets reaching approximately 37% of U.S. television households across 117 full-power television markets.
