Bitmine reports 5.96M ETH holdings, total assets at $15.8B

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) reported holdings of 5,956,378 Ethereum tokens as of September 13, 2026, representing 4.9% of the total ETH supply of 122 million tokens, according to a company press release.

Valued at $2,513 per ETH based on Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN) pricing, the ETH holdings are worth approximately $14.97 billion. The company's combined crypto, cash, marketable securities, and "moonshot" investments total $15.8 billion. Cash and marketable securities stand at $549 million.

Of the total ETH held, 5,067,309 tokens, valued at $12.7 billion, are staked through MAVAN, the company's institutional Ethereum staking platform. The company projects annualized staking revenues of $334 million, with a 7-day annualized yield of 2.62%. At full scale, projected annualized staking rewards would reach $392 million.

Bitmine also holds 212 Bitcoin, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $98 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS). The company added 27,180 ETH over the most recent week and states it has purchased ETH every week since launching its ETH treasury strategy on June 30, 2025.

The company's average daily dollar trading volume was $924 million over a four-day period ending September 11, 2026, ranking it 98th among 5,704 U.S.-listed stocks, according to data from Fundstrat.

Bitmine's Series A Preferred Stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP. The company was added to the Russell 1000 large-cap index on June 26, 2026.

Chairman Tom Lee is scheduled to deliver a keynote address at Korea Blockchain Week on September 30, 2026, in Seoul.

By comparison, Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) holds 845,080 Bitcoin valued at approximately $71 billion, according to the press release.
