Talkdesk CXA now available via Microsoft Azure spend commitments

Talkdesk, Inc. announced an expanded partnership with Microsoft that allows organizations to purchase Talkdesk Customer Experience Automation (CXA) using pre-allocated Microsoft Azure spend through the Azure Marketplace.

The arrangement falls under the Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) program, which lets organizations apply pre-committed Azure spending toward eligible marketplace purchases. Purchases made through the marketplace are consolidated into a single Microsoft invoice.

Talkdesk CXA has been available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace since September 2025. The expanded partnership allows enterprises to purchase and deploy the solution immediately through their existing Microsoft agreement.

Talkdesk CXA is described as a multi-agent orchestration platform that coordinates AI agents across business applications, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises contact center environments. The product includes built-in validation, observability, and governance features.

"Enterprise leaders don't need more standalone bots that simply pass calls along to human agents," said Al Caravelli, chief revenue officer at Talkdesk. "They need solutions that solve complex tasks using the systems they already trust."
