WTW and Lyzr partner on agentic AI for workforce transformation

WTW (NASDAQ: WTW) announced a strategic partnership with enterprise AI platform Lyzr to help organizations implement AI-driven workforce changes, according to a press release dated Sept. 10, 2026.

The partnership combines WTW's AI Workforce Transformation consulting services with Lyzr's agentic AI platform. The arrangement is intended to help client organizations redesign work processes, update skills strategies, and embed AI workflows into daily operations.

WTW President of Health, Wealth & Career Julie Gebauer said, "Through this partnership we can take a client from analysis and work redesign to the development and embedding of AI capabilities. With Lyzr we will help clients bridge the gap between workforce transformation strategy and execution."

Lyzr Founder and CEO Siva Surendira stated that the partnership is grounded in existing work rather than future plans. "WTW and Lyzr already have agents live in production together, so this partnership is built on the work we have done rather than a plan we are describing," he said. Surendira added that Lyzr deploys agents within the client's own cloud infrastructure, keeping client data and intellectual property under the client's control.

Founded in 2023, Lyzr is headquartered in New York with offices in Jersey City, London, Dubai, and Bangalore. WTW operates across 140 countries and markets.
