American Healthcare REIT names two executives to senior housing roles

American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NYSE: AHR) has appointed Ann Lacey as Executive Vice President, Asset Management – Senior Housing, according to a company statement.
Lacey joins AHR from Artemis Real Estate Partners, where she served as Managing Director, Healthcare, overseeing a senior housing portfolio valued at more than $2 billion and an overall portfolio valued at more than $5 billion. Before Artemis, she spent 11 years at Sunrise Senior Living, most recently as Vice President, Operations and Performance Improvement, where she led an internal consulting group that deployed operational improvements across approximately 250 North American communities.
In her new role, Lacey will lead day-to-day asset management across AHR's senior housing operating portfolio, covering both the senior housing operating properties and integrated senior health campus segments.
AHR also announced the appointment of Joshua Miller as Vice President, Investments – Senior Housing. Miller joins from RSF Partners, a Dallas-based private equity real estate investor, where he spent nearly seven years, most recently as Vice President. He will participate in transaction execution for senior housing acquisitions and dispositions, including sourcing, underwriting, structuring and closing.
AHR is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates a portfolio of clinical healthcare real estate, including senior housing communities, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient medical buildings in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Isle of Man.
