IQVIA plans $2 billion senior notes offering due 2034

IQVIA Holdings Inc. (NYSE: IQV) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, IQVIA Inc., intends to raise $2 billion through an offering of senior notes due 2034.
According to a press release, proceeds from the offering will be used to redeem in full the subsidiary's existing 5.000% senior notes due 2026, repay a portion of outstanding debt under its revolving credit facility, and cover fees and expenses related to the transaction. The offering is subject to market and other customary conditions.
The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and will be offered only to qualified institutional buyers in the United States under Rule 144A, and to non-U.S. investors outside the United States under Regulation S.
