Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (NYSE: SEI) has raised its Adjusted EBITDA guidance for the third and fourth quarters of 2026 and issued an initial guidance range for the first quarter of 2027, according to a company statement.
The Houston-based company revised its third-quarter 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $110 million–$130 million, up from a prior range of $90 million–$105 million, representing a 23% increase at the midpoint.
For the fourth quarter of 2026, Solaris raised its Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $145 million–$180 million, compared with a prior range of $100 million–$120 million, a 48% increase at the midpoint.
The company set an initial first-quarter 2027 Adjusted EBITDA guidance range of $200 million–$240 million.
Solaris attributed the upward revisions to stronger performance from its core power services offerings and better-than-expected results from recently acquired businesses.
Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP financial measure defined by the company as net income plus depreciation and amortization, interest expense, income tax expense, stock-based compensation, and certain non-cash or non-recurring items. The company did not provide a reconciliation to net income, the most directly comparable GAAP measure, citing an inability to do so without unreasonable effort.
