Star Bulk sets price range for Greek equity offering at €23–€25.50

Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (Nasdaq: SBLK) announced a price range of €23.00 to €25.50 per share, equivalent to approximately $26.75 to $29.66, for its equity offering in Greece, according to a press release issued Sept. 8, 2026.
The dry bulk shipping company is offering up to 4,400,000 new common registered voting shares, each with a par value of $0.01, on Euronext Athens. The U.S. dollar equivalent was calculated using the EUR/USD exchange rate of 1.1631 as of Sept. 7, 2026.
The final offering price will be determined within the stated range and published upon completion of the offering, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
The new shares have not been registered under U.S. federal securities laws and are not being offered or sold in the United States or to U.S. persons. The shares are being offered to non-U.S. persons outside the United States in offshore transactions under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
