The Buckle, Inc. (NYSE: BKE) announced that board member Angie J. Klein has submitted her resignation from the company's Board of Directors, effective August 30, 2026, citing obligations tied to a new professional role.
Klein has served as a director since December 2019. In a statement, Board Chairman Daniel J. Hirschfeld thanked her for her contributions during her tenure. Klein said she was "grateful" for the opportunity to serve, noting her involvement in corporate social responsibility and nominating and governance efforts.
The company, headquartered in Kearney, Nebraska, operates 447 retail stores across 42 states. No replacement director was announced in the press release.
